| The Burka Forest | | A Veritable Wonderland | |
| | The Burka Forest is the soul of Burka Coffee Estates, with its natural spring that gave Burka its name over a hundred years ago. The Board has implemented a conservationist goal that seeks to return as many sites as possible to their natural and former glory. There is strictly no cultivation in the forests, which represent one of the last, and by far the largest, indigenous forests in Arusha. The Baboon Forest in the southern part of the farm is home to the last baboon colony in this area, and along with hundreds of animal and plant species has created a veritable wonderland in the midst of a bustling city. |
