| | The Burka community consist of the villages that have been developed by the company for the welfare of the Burka employees. Each village is a permanent establishment, designed to support the Burka staff and their families by providing free irrigation, gardens, pension lands, onsite schooling and sports facilities, and 24 hours 1st Aid services. Further, the villages are equipped with houses of worship to accommodate the large and diverse ethnic and religious mosaic that comprises the Burka workforce. |

| | Due to the diverse makeup of the Burka villages and community, Burka is equipped with Mosques and Churches of all denominations. Various holidays are shared and celebrated by all at Burka. Christmas is celebrated with the traditional Christmas BBQ for all the staff, and is a great way to further develop the communal consciousness. As all staff have absolute religious freedom, religious holidays of Hindus, Muslims and Christians are festive days off for all employees. |
