Grades
AA is the flag bearer

Graded by physical differences, the de-husked green beans are separated using sieves to enable density separation. Based on this analysis, 9 different grades are produced with AA being the flag bearer of the bold, heavy and larger beans. 80% of our crop is comprised of premium quality grade, namely AA, AB, and PB. At this stage, export coffee is differentiated from auction coffee based on quality analysis results and grades.
